U.LUBE team on-site service case: Bearing lubrication improvement solution for dairy longitudinal sealing machine

某乳業廠的塑料包裝生產線使用縱封機對冷飲成品包裝成袋的開口處進行封口，縱封機設備經過優潤(U.LUBE)團隊現場調研發現一些問題。

The plastic packaging line of the dairy factory uses a longitudinal sealing machine to seal the packaging bag for cold drink finished product.But after on-site research, our U.LUBE team found there’s some existing problems as followed:

1、 設備工況涉及高溫，軸承處溫度 130℃左右，出現潤滑脂高溫流失嚴重現象，目前使用某牌普通鋰基潤滑脂在 90-100℃左右就流失；

1、The equipment working condition involves high temperature, the temperature at the bearing is about 130℃, there is a serious loss of grease at 90-100℃ when using a brand of ordinary lithium grease.

2、縱封機基本保持24小時運轉，軸承疲勞程度高，在很多情況下是無油狀態下運行，軸承磨損現象嚴重，導致頻繁更換軸承；

2. The longitudinal sealing machine basically keeps running 24 hours, the bearing fatigue is high, in many cases it runs without oil, which results more serious wear on bearing, therefore, it brings frequent replacement of bearing.

3、同時加脂采用人工方式，頻繁加脂增加人力成本，加脂效果不佳導致無油狀態下運行；

3. At the same time, the grease is manually added, which increases human cost, poor greasing results and oil-free running.

4、在車間水汽環境中，目前使用的油脂防水性能比較差，容易導致潤滑失效；

4. In the workshop water vapor environment, the current grease’s waterproof performance is relatively poor, easy lead to lubrication failure.

縱封機潤滑改良 Longitudinal sealing machine lubrication improvement

針對上述潤滑問題，優潤(U.LUBE)團隊建議進行潤滑改良，需要選擇一款合適的軸承潤滑脂如優潤(U.LUBE)高性能合成潤滑脂 ET PLEX 72S， 具有良好的高溫耐受性與低溫適用性。工作溫度范圍寬(-40℃～180℃)，潤滑壽命長。產品由特制復合鋰稠化劑及全合成基礎油制作而成，具有良好的耐溫、耐化學穩定性、滴點高、抗磨性能好，并且具有良好的抗氧化能力及防銹能力，保障產品在高溫、水及水蒸汽環境下均能保持良好的工作狀態，滿足以下幾點要求。

For the above lubrication problems, the U.LUBE team recommends a suitable bearing grease such as U.LUBE high performance synthetic grease ET PLEX 72S, which has excellent high temperature resistance and low temperature applicability. It has a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 180°C) and long lubrication life. The product is made of special complex lithium thickener and full synthetic base oil, which has good temperature resistance, chemical stability, high dropping point, good anti-wear performance, good anti-oxidation ability and anti-rust ability, and ensures good working condition under high temperature, water and vapor environment. It also meets following requirements:

1、使用耐高溫達160℃的潤滑脂，縱封機軸承的工作溫度在130-140℃之間，使用高于最高溫度點 20-30℃；

1. Use grease with high temperature resistance up to 160℃, the working temperature of longitudinal sealing machine bearing is between 130-140℃, the grease’s working temperature should be 20-30℃ above the maximum temperature point.

2、 要滿足縱封機24小時工作狀態，則應該使用耐高剪切力，四球載荷 200KG 以上具有良好潤滑性，減緩軸承疲勞的工作狀態，延長軸承使用壽命；

2. In order to meet the 24-hour working condition of the longitudinal sealing machine, grease with high shear force should be used, and its four ball load is more than 200KG with good lubrication, which can slow down bearing fatigue and extend the service life of bearings.

3、使用良好的長效性潤滑劑，保持軸承良好的油膜，設備在有油狀態下進行運轉，同時改變以往頻繁加油的情況，節省人工成本，提高效率。

3. Using a long-lasting lubricant to keep good oil film and lubrication of the bearing can change the situation of frequent refueling, save labor cost and improve efficiency.

4、針對車間水汽環境，則要求潤滑劑必須有良好的抗水、防水性能，保證在車間潮濕環境下，軸承能保持24小時正常工作。

4、For the workshop water vapor environment, it requires the lubricant must have good water resistance and waterproof performance to ensure the bearings can keep working normally for 24 hours under the humid environment in the workshop.
